1. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you must proceed with our return process once the item is delivered.
After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
- You may be eligible for a return or replacement if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. (See Return section below.)
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed based on the nature of the request:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of purchase and product photos (in case of damage) are required.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Items used or altered after delivery
- Health, personal care, or opened wellness items (if any)
