Everything in our Journal is written by the Prife iTeraCare team at our centre in Anna Nagar West, Chennai. We are a wellness centre that sells, demonstrates and services wellness devices. We are not a clinic, and nobody on the team gives medical advice in these articles. This page explains how we write them, so you can judge them for yourself.

What every answer includes

  • A short answer first, in plain words.
  • Named sources, with links, that we opened and read before writing. We only say what the source says.
  • When to see a doctor, taken from the source we cite rather than from us.
  • One honest line about our sessions or devices, where it is relevant, clearly marked as ours.
  • The date we last reviewed it.

What we don't do

  • We don't say a session or a device heals, cures or treats anything, and we don't promise results.
  • We don't use before-and-after photos. Our images are marked "Illustrative image".
  • We share a visitor's story only with their written consent, and we call it what it is: one person's experience.
  • We don't buy, script or reward reviews.

Medical review

None of our articles has been medically reviewed yet, and we would rather say that plainly. When a qualified physiotherapist or doctor reviews an article, their name and qualification will be shown on it.

How we make money

We sell wellness devices and offer sessions at our centre. Articles may mention them. When they do, we say so, and we say what we don't know, such as the absence of clinical trials for our own devices.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake or something unclear, email info@iteracare.in. We will correct it and update the review date.
