Short answer: is iTeraCare legit? It is a fair question, and you should check. Don't take our word for it; here is how, and what we can and cannot speak for.

Is iTeraCare legit?

  1. Visit us. Prife iTeraCare, New No. 9, Old No. 23, Plot No. 4363, 5th Street, X Block, Anna Nagar West, Chennai 600040, behind Anna Nagar Tower, first floor. Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Your first session is complimentary, so you can see us before you spend anything.[7]
  2. Check who we are. Prife International Private Limited was incorporated in Chennai in September 2021 and sells, demonstrates and services its devices from its headquarters in Anna Nagar West.[3] Our sister company, iTeraCare India Private Limited, is GST-registered with GSTIN 33AAGCI3385R1ZY.[4]
  3. Verify the registration yourself. The government's GST portal has a taxpayer search where any GSTIN can be checked, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website lets you look up a registered company by name. This is general information, not something we control.
  4. Ask for paperwork. Ask for a GST invoice and the warranty details with any purchase. Every device has a 1-year manufacturing warranty, serviced in Chennai, and our refund and shipping policies are public.[5][6]
  5. Read the reviews. Our Google profile shows reviews from real visitors, and our visitor stories are shared with their consent. Many visitors tell us they found their session relaxing and comforting; those are their own experiences, not a promise. Read their stories in their own words.
  6. Compare the promises. We don't promise cures or results, and a session is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment.[7] If anyone selling a device promises to heal an illness, be careful, whoever it is.

Names look alike online. You may find articles, marketplace listings or companies using similar names in other countries. We can only speak for Prife International Private Limited and the official channels listed on this site (see our page on official sellers).
