  • Authorised resellers: we do not currently list any. If a seller says they are one, ask them to give you our contact details and check with us before you pay.
  • Delivery in India: free. Estimated 3 to 7 business days from shipping, with tracking details by email.[5]
  • Outside India: please contact us before ordering. International delivery is estimated at 7 to 21 business days and any customs duties and local import taxes are paid by the recipient.[5] Check your mains voltage first: the Classic 3.0 is rated 110 to 230 V.[8]
  • Before you pay anyone: ask for a GST invoice and the warranty details, ask for the seller's full address, compare the price with ours, and confirm payment details with us by phone before sending money.
  • Warranty and returns: every device has a 1-year manufacturing warranty, serviced in Chennai, and our cancellation and refund rules are public.[6]
