Short answer: drinking a glass of water before a session is a pleasant, sensible habit, and we offer one at our centre.[7]

  • What we offer: at your first visit we offer water prepared as part of our visit, which our team calls "charged water".[7]
  • What we can't say: we can't tell you what "charged" means scientifically, and we don't claim it has special properties or that it adds to the session. It is a ritual and a comfort.
  • Why water is still a good idea: being comfortable and well hydrated helps you relax; this is general advice.
  • If you have a medical condition that limits fluids, ask your doctor first.

When to see a doctor
