Short answer: your first iTeraCare session is a conversation, a short complimentary session and a chance to ask questions, with no pressure to buy.[1]

First iTeraCare session: what to know

  1. Arrival. Visit our first-floor centre on 5th Street, Anna Nagar West, and tell us what brings you in. We take time to listen.[1][2]
  2. A conversation. We talk through your concerns and wellness goals and whether our sessions are a suitable fit for you.[1]
  3. Before the session. We offer a glass of water, which our team calls "charged water", and explain what's ahead.[1]
  4. Your first session is complimentary. You settle into a private session room, and our team guides you and stays with you throughout.[1]
  5. A moment to reflect. Tell us how it felt and ask anything.[1]
  6. Next steps, if you choose. We can talk about a series of sessions around your goals and review it as we go.[1]

Everyone's experience is different. A session is a wellness demonstration, not a medical diagnosis or treatment. Keep following your doctor's advice.[1]

When to see a doctor

See a doctor for pain or symptoms that are severe, getting worse or don't settle; a session doesn't replace medical care.
