The honest version
What we can and can’t say.
NHS advice for back pain is to stay active and, for stiffness or muscle spasms, to try a heat pack or hot-water bottle wrapped in a tea towel. Our session is another way of applying warmth, with the team beside you. We don’t know of clinical trials showing our devices help back pain and we don’t promise results; our honest look at devices for back pain explains what the guidelines say.
